Reference: Proposing United Africa


Dear Fellow Africans,
There is an urgent need to create United Africa. One continental African nation provides Modern Africa and Traditional Africa
the greatest of all political and economic security. To achieve the ultimate of African Unity, Modern Africa ought to recognize
the political legitimacy of the Traditional African State and Traditional Africa ought to extend the well known unflinching loyalty
to the Modern African State and to Africa. This mutual acceptance is necessary in order to create one powerful African nation.
The unity of Modern Africa and Traditional Africa creates a peaceful and powerful one African nation capable of protecting all
Africans everywhere.

To achieve solid indivisible African Unity, Modern Africa must share state power with Traditional Africa through meaningful
political decentralization and balance of power. Modern Africa must share power with the provinces, the regions, the districts
and the localities of the Modern African State. Modern Africa must share political power with the geopolitical areas of
Traditional Africa. Meaningful power-sharing will compel voluntary loyalty and allegiance from Traditional Africa.

To reciprocate, Traditional Africa must include the Modern African State and Africa in "The Natural Group". Traditional Africa
must expand  the boundary of political allegiance to encompass Modern Africa. Traditional Africa must reform the traditional
tenet of "The Natural Group" that influences political sentiment and defines the ultimate extent of  political loyalty of the
African. Reformed tenet of "The Natural Group" will persuade the African to transform the strong ethnic sentiment to a strong
African sentiment thereby broadening political acceptance to include Modern Africa . Therefore, to establish a strong mutual
political acceptance in Africa, Traditional Africa must discard ethnocentrism and embrace Neo-Africanism.

Mutual political acceptance also means that Africans who have strong sentiments about state supremacy must transform that
to a strong African sentiment. This means that Modern Africa must recognize and accept all geopolitical jurisdictions of Africa,
including Traditional African jurisdictions, as legitimate and equal.  This acceptance of legitimacy means that leaders of the
Modern Africa State must also discard ethnocentrism and embrace Neo-Africanism.  

Neo-Africanism, the underlying ideology of the proposed United Africa provides maximum protection to Modern and
Traditional Africa much more than any coalition of Ethnic Groups can and much more than any unity of the Ethnic Group can.
It should be noted that  the security and the destiny of the Modern African State and the Traditional African State today no
longer rest on the political coalition of Ethnic Groups or the unity of an Ethnic Group but  solely on the unity of All Africa.
Because of the machinations of inimical global systems, the political and economic wellbeing of Modern Africa as well as
Traditional Africa is greatly contingent on the existence of United Africa.

Fellow Africans, there is an urgent need for a United Africa. One African nation with one political boundary will enable
massive mobilization of the African People towards total emancipation from global systems and rapid development of All
Africa -  Modern and Traditional Africa.  Just as the  democratic unity of other nations of the world has enabled these nations
to achieve rapid and meaningful political and economic independence, a United Africa will be better able to bring the African
People together to achieve rapid and meaningful political and economic independence for all Africans everywhere. For this
reason, UAO is proposing to all Modern Africa and all Traditional Africa to  embrace United Africa. UAO is appealing to All
Africa because of the imperative need to establish solid harmony and cooperation amongst all States in Africa, Traditional as
well as Modern.  UAO is proposing United Africa to unite all Traditional and all Modern States in Africa. In effect, UAO is
calling on Modern African States and Traditional African States to be valuable components of the New Africa - The United
Africa.

United Africa is imperative because one African nation is indispensable to the security and development of All Africa. One
African nation is necessary in order to facilitate and  maintain peace and reconciliation amongst all Social Groups in Africa.
One African nation will garner the capability to bring about sustainable Peace & Prosperity to all Africans. Accordingly, UAO
appeals to Traditional Africa and Modern Africa. UAO is pleading to all Africans because of the urgency of creating United
Africa today. It is urgent to embrace United Africa because the political and the economic wellbeing of every African in every
African Village, Community, Locality, Province or Region is greatly dependent on the existence of one democratic,
continental African nation. United Africa empowers All Africa. United Africa protects All Africa. United Africa ensures peace,
prosperity and human dignity for every African irrespective of ethnicity.

In a nutshell, my fellow Africans, the proposed United Africa provides All Africa the following:
  • Political Security - equal participation in the political process of Africa and the African State.
  • Economic Security - equitable sharing of the wealth of Africa, which means equitable control of economic resources
    of Africa.
  • Social Security - maximum protection of the social identity of the African Ethnic Group.

UAO believes sincerely that the development of All Africa is immensely contingent on the existence of one African
continental government which intend is contingent on the existence of harmony and cooperation between Traditional Africa
and Modern Africa. For this reason, UAO is appealing to All Africa to join the proposed Democratic Federation of Traditional
Africa and Modern Africa, which is :
